To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 business days from the day you bought it. The product must not be damaged in any way, and it should be in the same condition as it was bought.

Once we receive your item, our customer support will inspect it and approve your refund. Once the processing is complete, the money you are owed shall be refunded using the same payment method that you used at the time of puschase.

Please not that for all credit card payments, it may take up to 15 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
